What happens when the 14-day trial ends?

Every account starts with 14 days of Pro, with no card required and nothing locked. When the trial ends you drop to Free, which keeps every feature except priority support and has no limit on suppliers, purchase orders, brands, retailers or team members. The only ceiling is $25k of invoice value tracked in total. Pass that and Pro is $99/month. Nothing is deleted and we never charge a card you have not entered.

Do I need a contract, or can I cancel anytime?

No contracts. SupplyAutomate is month-to-month, and you can cancel from your account settings at any time, with no calls and no retention forms.

Can your team just run my supply chain for me?

Yes. Done For You is $989 a month, flat, and our US-based team places the orders with your suppliers, chases production week by week, books a third-party inspection before anything ships, and moves the freight from China to your 3PL or into FBA. Goods, freight, duty and inspection fees are paid at cost with the invoices attached to the order, and we never take a percentage of what you buy. You keep your own suppliers and you keep a login to the same account we work in, so you can see every order at any hour. See the outsource your supply chain page for what is and is not included.

Can I add my accountant, agent or warehouse team?

Yes, on both plans. Team members are unlimited on Free as well as Pro. Invite anyone in your extended operation and control what each collaborator can see or edit per order.

Can I work in currencies other than USD?

Yes, every currency is supported. Currency is set per purchase order and per shipment, not globally, so a EUR order to an Italian supplier and a USD quote from the same factory both stay in the currency they were actually agreed in. Totals across a mixed set are reported per currency, so nothing is silently added together at a rate you did not choose.

How do I export my supply chain data?

You keep full ownership of your data. Export purchase orders, supplier communications, shipping invoices and landed-cost reports to CSV or Excel at any time for accounting or audit needs.
