Why we built this

A note from our founder

Running a $3M brand sounds glamorous until you’re the one at 11 PM copy-pasting tracking numbers from a WeChat thread into a messy spreadsheet. I spent four years scaling my own Amazon FBA and Shopify business only to realize I wasn’t an entrepreneur anymore — I was a glorified data-entry clerk.

The chaos of scattered POs, missed supplier messages and “estimated” inventory was costing me sleep and, more importantly, profit. Worst of all, I never knew my real landed cost until the final invoice landed weeks later — by then it was too late to do anything but hope the margin still worked. I looked for a fix, but everything on the market was built for enterprise teams with fifty people in ops.

What can the assistant do without asking me first?

It can read. Searching your orders, documents, shipments, payments, products and suppliers happens freely, because none of it changes anything. Everything that does change something, whether raising a purchase order, recording a payment, moving an order to a new stage, adding a supplier or messaging one, is prepared as a draft and held until you approve it. That gate is built into the product, not a preference you can switch off.

What if it reads a document wrong?

Every figure it extracts stays linked to the document and the page it came from, so you can check any number against the original in one click and correct it in place. Corrections apply to the order immediately, and the landed cost recalculates. Nothing is written to your books without passing in front of you first.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Your invoices, supplier terms and order history are never used to train models, and they are never shared with other accounts. The assistant only ever reads the data belonging to the account you are signed into.

How long does supply chain setup take?
